Eight to twelve people work in the Nagina unit, each contributing their skills and experience to our craftsmanship and production process. Every team member is above eighteen years of age, employed directly by us, and receives fair compensation that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage standards for their respective category of work. We believe in maintaining a responsible workplace where every individual is treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
No child labour, no bonded labour, and no forced overtime are permitted in our workshop. Working hours are properly recorded, overtime is completely voluntary and compensated accordingly, and every worker has the freedom to leave their employment without any penalty, restriction, or withheld personal documents. We are committed to ethical and transparent working practices.
